About

Back in '77, my dad went to Japan and came back with a Nikon F2. At the time, it was supposed to be the top of the top. He taught me one or two things on it, but never really followed through. Fast-forward 22 years, during a trip to San Diego I bought my first digital camera, a Casio QV3000-EX. I used that for a while to enter the digital arena and quickly went on to the Canon 300D. I had that camera for about a year and then bought the Canon 20D which I used till March '09. I figured it was time to upgrade and bought the magnificent Canon 5D Mark II. A full-frame camera with 21MP and full options. It's a whole new experience.

Photography has become part of my life and it's truly wonderful to see things from a different "angle" and capture them. And in so doing, share them with people around me and the world. Traveling is another of my passions, so whenever possible, my camera goes with me on whichever trip I make.

A picture tells a story and just as the same story can be told in many different ways, so also can a picture be taken from many different angles. Each photographer has his or her own angle.
